Although health and wellness has always been my passion since I was a young child, for more than 32 years I was a successful female entrepreneur and visionary behind a highly successful, large-scale banquet venue, built from the ground up. What began as a vision evolved into a thriving business rooted in trust, lasting relationships, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Throughout the years, I proudly planned, booked, and executed countless weddings, and had the rare honor of continuing those relationships sometimes celebrating clients’ children’s parties, and later, their children’s weddings, coming full circle with families who entrusted me time and time again. That loyalty and confidence is something I hold with deep gratitude.

My experience spans every aspect of event planning, from micro social gatherings to corporate events to large-scale, over-the-top weddings. Much of my business was built on repeat clients and referrals, a testament to the care, precision, and passion I brought to every detail. From concept and organization to seamless execution, my goal was always the same,  to create experiences that felt meaningful and absolutely spectacular and often becoming one of the most memorable days of someone’s life.

While the work was very demanding, it was profoundly rewarding. The true gifts were never the long hours, but the smiles, hugs, heartfelt thank-yous, and expressions of genuine gratitude - the moments that affirmed my love for people and my purpose-driven approach to service.

That same devotion naturally evolved into Thrive Well.

Just as I curate unforgettable events, I now curate a life of wellness and guide others toward one rooted in intention, balance, vitality, and longevity. Thrive Well is the culmination of decades spent caring deeply for others, understanding the importance of structure and flow, and helping people feel their absolute best, inside and out.

With a refined eye for detail, a deep understanding of people, and a commitment to elevated standards, I bring the same level of excellence to wellness that I once brought to luxury events.
